Project overview

5e Labs assembled a multidisciplinary team for ENTRE Institute's online entrepreneurship business, which combines digital education, coaching, community, software tools, and live experiences. The team handled product development, customer assistance, platform maintenance, and design support as needs came up.

The work crossed product and operations. Along with development, the team helped with day-to-day customer support, maintenance, and the design work that came with new requests.

Three developers, two customer-support specialists, and on-demand designers covered platform and CMS integrations, responsive frontend work, support tooling, and UX/UI needs.
